Return Process
Step 1: Contact Us
Email us at returns@drippyvibes.com within 30 days of delivery with:
- Order number
- Item(s) you want to return
- Reason for return
- Photos (if item is damaged or defective)
Step 2: Return Authorization
We'll review your request and provide:
- Return authorization number (RMA)
- Return shipping label (if eligible)
- Packaging instructions
Step 3: Ship the Item
Package the item securely and ship it back to us using the provided label. Include the RMA number on the package.
Refund Information

Once we receive your returned item:
- Inspection: 2-3 business days
- Refund processing: 3-5 business days
- Bank processing: 5-10 business days
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

Refund Amount

Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. To get a different size or color:
- Return the original item following our return process
- Place a new order for the item you want
- We'll prioritize processing your new order

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery

Gift Returns

Restocking Fees
