Return Eligibility

✅ Items You Can Return

• Standard apparel and accessories in original condition
• Items with manufacturing defects or damage
• Wrong items sent due to our error
• Items that don't match product descriptions

❌ Items You Cannot Return

• Custom or personalized items (unless defective)
• Items damaged by normal wear and tear
• Items returned after 30 days
• Items without original tags or packaging
• Digital products or downloads

Return Process

Step 1: Contact Us

Email us at returns@drippyvibes.com within 30 days of delivery with:

• Order number
• Item(s) you want to return
• Reason for return
• Photos (if item is damaged or defective)

Step 2: Return Authorization

We'll review your request and provide:

• Return authorization number (RMA)
• Return shipping label (if eligible)
• Packaging instructions

Step 3: Ship the Item

Package the item securely and ship it back to us using the provided label. Include the RMA number on the package.

Refund Information

Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item:

• Inspection: 2-3 business days
• Refund processing: 3-5 business days
• Bank processing: 5-10 business days

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

• Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days
• PayPal refunds: 3-5 business days
• Bank transfers: 5-10 business days

Refund Amount

Your refund will include:

• Full item price (if defective or our error)
• Original shipping costs (if defective or our error)
• Item price minus return shipping (standard returns)

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. To get a different size or color:

1. Return the original item following our return process
2. Place a new order for the item you want
3. We'll prioritize processing your new order

Tip: Contact us about expedited shipping for your replacement order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Provide photos of the damage/defect
• We'll provide a prepaid return label
• You'll receive a full refund or replacement

We take quality seriously and will make it right!

International Returns

For international customers:

• Same 30-day return window applies
• Customer pays return shipping costs
• Items must clear customs (no duties/taxes refunded)
• Refunds processed in USD

Gift Returns

Items purchased as gifts can be returned:

• Gift recipient can return without original payment info
• Refunds issued as store credit
• Original purchaser can request refund to original payment method

Restocking Fees

We don't charge restocking fees for:

• Defective or damaged items
• Items that don't match descriptions
• Our shipping errors

Standard returns are processed without additional fees.
